thank you for an amazing 2024 and I´m excited for another year with you!
Here is a last "tutorial" about my plans and routines for 2025! I probably talk a bit too much about sports, fitness, muscle-growth and how I exactly make my breakfast, but anyway!

Just watched this — super relatable. I realized this year I wasn’t living as healthy as I thought. Had spinal surgery as a teen and avoided sports ever since. Never overweight, but never really felt good in my body either.
In 2025, I finally started eating better and working with a physio on safe muscle-building exercises. One thing I’m still wondering though: how did he get rid of that double chin? That’s still my weak spot! 😅

Thanks, Markus! I'm working on changing my life to find a good balance between growing as an artist and entrepreneur while living a healthier and happier life. This latest tutorial is incredibly valuable, as it inspires me to learn from someone I truly admire. Keep it up, man, and thanks for sharing your vision and talent!
