2023-05-31 00:34:37 +0000 UTCI’m my opinion, this was the best social deduction game I’ve seen on the channel so far, in terms of how well it shows - on camera - the reasons (mechanics AND social readings) for people’s actions and what they might be thinking. That doesn’t mean that I don’t like the other social deduction games as much. For instance, Blood on the Clocktower is enjoyable because of watching the cast of players having fun with it - it’s often hard to actually follow the reasons (mechanical or social) for what people say and do, let alone what they might be thinking. I think I would have to have played BotC myself several times and/or studied it to be able to follow it, whereas Feed the Kraken was followable without me ever having seen it before.
