This episode took a lot out of me personally as Kanye has inspired me to be the person you know me as. Over the last few weeks researching for this episode I found myself more and more connected to Kanye's story and to make this episode it required more of me. This episode has many drops, and at one point you can even hear Stevens cat. I hope you enjoy it as it was a labor of love for us to create. Whoa...so rap and hip hop was in the suburbs long before Kanye. Dre, Tupac and Jay Z before he discovered him were going platinum thanks largely in part to suburban white kids long before Kanye. I'm not saying he doesn't have talent or hasn't had an amazing career, but let's not buy into the hype/enable his mental health issues.
