I don’t know about all Samoy pups but the 2 I have known have been amazingly smart and easy to train. Very social, friendly and of course adorable. I found thst thry live to interact with their owner and friends. Just wanted to say I think you will live your new puppy but remember he/she is a puppy and need guidance. Good luck but know I love this breed of dog. Whst I truly lived also is they are vocal and like to talk to you. So make sure they don’t voice their desires over yours.

Zak, I'm getting a gorgeous baby Samoyed in August. I've heard many people mention that they are very hard to train as they are stubborn and that you can't let them off their lead, ever because they get distracted too easy. This is a load of rubbish right? Can I teach my 'stubborn' dog the same as any other dog? I have a feeling people saying their dog is stubborn basically just means they haven't trained it properly. Should I be worried that I'm going to struggle to train my pup?
