Autonomaton – Small construct, lawful neutral
Added 2024-08-21 19:18:35 +0000 UTCA machine capable of having its own agenda, a construct confident enough to decide its own fate. The first batch of autonomatons showed promising results but it seems that their production came to an abrupt halt nevertheless. Research suggests that – according to their creators – they might have gotten a tick too passionate about their simulated consciousness, a bit too attached to their freely roaming thoughts or simply too aware of external input. Still, some autonomatons wander the lands up to this day – helplessly caught in a downward spiral of doubts but relentlessly seeking to make sense of their existence.
