When the umpire is reading a pitch they get a general idea watching the pitch, but they need to look at the glove of the catcher as well. By seeing the position where the catcher caught the ball they can get an idea of the pathing of the ball along the plate without fully seeing it. Miyuki was saying that the other catcher doesn't move at all in the process of catching the ball. Think of it as some one throws something at you to catch and on contact your hand or wrist slighty move. In this case the catchers glove hand stays frim and doesn't move at all allowing the umpire to get a good read.
