Pinocchio, Ch36, Pgs23 - 31 (the end)
Added 2022-01-13 16:10:52 +0000 UTCI was working on these last pages yesterday. Decided to finish the page and a half and greytoning for the morning. Started doing it as soon as I woke up and, uh, finished it. That's it.
As always, let me know of any typos, errors, etc. But for now I think I will take the day to myself. I got more to say about Pinocchio as a whole and especially the ending, which is what pulled me to this story enough to do it in the first place. But for now. Read. Enjoy. Thank you.

For some reason I thought Pinocchio ended with him getting hanged to death. Instead it ends with him being rewarded for resigning himself to an absolutely miserable life and being rewarded for it by being forced to stare at the lifeless husk of the body he had been inhabiting for months(?) or years(?). And then he dances a happy jig. For some reason, that ending is more existentially terrifying and dark than him never learning his lesson and getting hanged for it. What a bizarre, unique and fascinating project. Thank you.
