Some, however, are destined – such is the way of the geistcallers: the backbone of the hornlets’ clergy and spiritual leaders to their half-burried tower towns. Blessed with magic of false life, they know well how to deliver pain to hostile intruders daring too far but also to lift up those who are in desperate need of help.
