As a somewhat long Patreon supporter I have no issues with a 5+ tier. I do have to say though, the uploads and amount a videos would need to stay consistent. Your work and commentary is worth it but I support some others with higher tiers because of the amount of content and the consistency. With the upload schedule being what it is and sort of hit or miss it will probably be hard for a handful of people to keep supporting at a higher level. (This doesn't include taking time off, mental health ...etc.) as those make perfect sense and nobody wants you to burn out. But again, with other creators doing anime, movie, tv, youtube video reactions. There is more than enough content to have 10+, 15+ tiers. Another thing I noticed is that with some shows the benefits are being weeks ahead of Youtube. I've seen plenty of times Youtube has gotten an edited video and Pateron is still sitting with no video at all. Keeping a range from $1-$15 to fit everyone's budget makes the most sense, and having more variety in those tiers (I believe Roshi does give aways sometimes, discounts in the shop...etc.) I hope none of this will be taken poorly and I'm here to support regardless but just some thoughts on the matter. I love your content bro, and you're my favorite reactor. I'm barely willing to pay $3 extra for the same content, though anything higher than that i'm not sure if I would keep the subscription. My reasoning is more along the lines of other subscriptions like Netflix, Hulu, etc starting at $6+ a month, but for that price you're getting a ton of content and countless hours of shows and movies, etc. If every reactor started charging 8 dollars or more, I would really have to consider if it's worth paying that much for each reactor. Nevermind being subscribed to 2 reactors or more, bc that would already run more than $15 a month for content that I have already seen but watch only bc I enjoy the dialog and reaction that goes along with it. However, I only use patreon when there's a new video reaction in the week that I would like to watch, which isn't every day, unlike a service like Netflix that I use every day with others, that has too much new content to watch for the same price. Just something that I like to consider when i'm subscribing to something monthly. If you do decide to move to another platform in order to keep the same pricing, then I'll be glad to follow you there without giving it much thought at the current price. Best of luck bro.

You’re right. And that’s why there’s a poll and discussion rather than him just doing it randomly. It’s a tough situation but I think everything will work out the way it needs to. I’ve been trying to get him to set up a PayPal so people can donate to the channel so if/when stuff like this happens he can at least cover himself temporarily and give the people more time to work through everything together.

I’m only subscribed to him and got Patreon for Adonis cause of his content so I don’t know about other peoples pricing. However, I would say to look at the poll above to tell him how many people would likely unsub if it got too high. About 45-50% are fine with $10 the rest said lower. Imagine if it was $15. There goes half the subs but he gets triple the money. It’s a tough situation honestly and entirely depends on each individual and their willingness to stay.

That’s fair, but I do see a lot of people paying more for less content. Most of the people in the comments are saying they’re willing to pay whatever, but $15 really isn’t that bad. $20 is pushing it, but with all the stuff that goes on behind the scenes it’s fair considering a lot of time is put into it. I know artists that charge $30/hour on their work and it’s worth every penny when you see their paintings. Everyone is going to see it differently. But I’m willing to pay $20 for the videos lol.

Dude I’m dead ass 1000000% Detroit smashing the highest tier button no matter the price. What do YOU feel it’s worth? Yeah we get 1-3 hours of content. That’s cool. But you put in 100x that much into the prep, editing, sound, re syncing when your tech messes up. You don’t just say “sorry guys no reaction I’m not gonna put the effort in to fix it.” You have literally fixed at least 4 videos that way and I couldn’t imagine the stress that entails. Don’t short yourself no matter what anyone says. Quality is quality and recognition is rewarded when deserved and my guy you deserve it. Side note : Low tier should be $10 high tier should be $15-$20 for the amount of unedited content that’s on Patreon already, plus all the shit coming forth in the future. Do you want to make 2 extra bucks per person or lose 5$ completely and the views from hundreds..? I would say this bro split up your content into 2 patreon sites and charge 6 bucks total or 3 bucks for each site. You get the best of both worlds and you dont lose content or viewers. Plus ppl can pick and choose which content to watch and what to spend without affecting your pocket.

The thing is your tiers are pretty low considering the other reaction channels I support. I personally wouldn't mind paying a lil more. The most support I've given a creator is 15 a month for super early access and full lengths.
