Clouds part in the wake of the larkling broodmother, treetops bend wherever its vibrant wings flutter. A broodmother never spends much time in one location nor hoards any treasures. Instead, it is driven by an insatiable urge to spread its ravening brood over the lands. Such a wanderlust draws the attention of many fortune-hunters, resulting in a trail of carnage and lost battles – easy enough to follow for anyone who dares to.
