Content Schedule for June [Public]

Hello Returning Visitors!

I hope you're doing well. 💚

Our most recent TFS: Book Two alpha drop was only a few days ago, but I'm eager to get into our upcoming content for June.

We'll be having a fun poll about a faceclaim reveal that will include some of the new characters from Book Two, like C. Schade and Rosie. (Well, Rosie was technically in Book One; however, we are learning more about her backstory!) The rambles for this month tie into our recent alpha content—from your optional influence on Ms. Verner's love life (or lack thereof) to discussing Mal overlays you can experience. 💔 After hearing how much you enjoy them, I've slated Alternate Perspectives (POVs) into this month's content, including ones that shed light on unexpected scenes. 'An Odd Trio' reveals what happened in Chapter 5 of TFS: Book One when the MC ventured into the woods during the search effort for Milton Callaway. You'll see how the other group fared. I'll let you wonder about 'Lost On You', but it features flashbacks to the MC's childhood along with a certain someone being nostalgic while striding around at night. 👀

Our Author's Choice is one massive spicy treat that I'd call a sinnamon roll (yes, that's a shameless reference to the Fernweh Diner's cinnamon roll special in Book Two). 😳🔥 I won't tease any further here; there will be plenty of that in the writing itself, ahem. Our Author's View for this month should involve fluff hence the emoji usage, but I'll need to finalize which sections to share. We'll be continuing our hickory-exclusive TFS: Trail Mix side stories! This story has been ongoing since March of 2023; this will be the sixth thrilling entry into it. I can't wait for you to learn what's in store for the gang on the creepy campgrounds. 🍂 Things heated up last time.

There will be another alpha drop at the end of the month! 🌲

A poll for patrons to determine which character's faceclaims and aesthetic inspiration document should be shared.

June 7th

-MBC 2: An Odd Trio 🖤💙🧡

A writing from R's POV! It's set during Chapter 5 of TFS: Book One when they are a member of the other group during the search effort scenes. While we all know what happened to the Returning Visitor and their RO(s), it will be interesting to see how awkward, fun, or unsettling a time the other group had. They didn't find a carved wild boar, so it can't be too bad, right?

Learn more about the building Fernweh gang dynamics, but also R's unique Verner insight into how things were prior to the MC's return.

June 10th

This ramble was inspired by discussion on the Discord server along with what we recently uncovered in Book Two. Learn more about Ms. Verner (Lois) along with how you might be able to influence her outlook, possibly even her love life, in the series. It won't be easy! ❄️

-MBC 1: Lost On You 💚

A writing from J. Corvin's POV about how they came to be 'patrolling' outside of the B&B on the first night of the MC's return in Fernweh. It's set during Chapter 2 of Book One, but it has flashbacks to your shared childhood and even some Corvin sibling banter. I wrote it with an A who isn't fond of the MC (the negative past history option) for zest/variety/drama.

June 21st

-Author's Choice: Moonstruck [Spicy] 💔🔥

My Premise: Mal [omitted word] MC on their [omitted word].

And that^ somehow spawned a tailored (as in on average once you pick your selections) 5.3k word writing encapsulating how Mal can be sinfully sweet for their beloved Returning Visitor. 😌 If I type more, I know I'll accidentally spoil something, so here is a very tiny teaser of an exchange between Mal and the MC:

"…Because I like giving you a taste of delayed gratification," Mal confesses. "It's humbling."

"So, you're just plain evil then?"
