Our most recent Book Two alpha drop was only yesterday! I hope that you're enjoying exploring the new content and learning more about the MC's road trip adventures among other insights. We're going to chill out together with some festive and winter themed writings. (I'm only using one pun to break the ice because the amount of ice-related ones I'm capable of using is honestly abominable. ⛄ I'm done now.) I'm excited for you to read these bonus writings. We have a wallpaper early on in the month to set the scene! ❄ I've kept the Author's Choice intentionally vague for now. For Hickories, there is also a Trail Mix: Side Story extended writing to look forward to. 😁 Rounding off the month, will be a RO excursion along with Ms. Verner's birthday post. (Yes, she gets one too.)

That's extremely valid with what I've teased and what hints we have about the Corvins in the text along with how Everly might be worried about making a good impression on the future in-laws (on her J run.) It can be intense, but also not! A lot of choices and dynamics will come out to play at that dinner table and even around the house (e.g. if you get to see the MC and J's old tree house/fortress. 🌲 That's a tiny spoiler.) For you, I suspect that Mrs. Corvin will want a private word. :D Your joy for "Not So Happy Campers" means a lot to me. 😌 I enjoy crafting the side story since it can echo hints of the main series while also letting me depart and build some different tension/drama/spooks. It's also such a fun genre/trope to add my twist to. You did cross my mind as I was deciding which names to share this time around after learning more about Everly's family. I love that you're eager to learn about the reasoning behind them. They will be coming up throughout the series, gaining new meanings as we go. 👀

I'm also very much looking forward to the continued "Not So Happy Campers" and the info on the names! As someone who puts a lot of thought into the names I use I always like to hear the reasoning behind some of the names people pick. (There are a few of the other reader's MCs whose names I'm curious about too. I'll have to ask some day.) 🤔
