Lacuna Rambles/Thoughts/Gif Reacts #3: My Muse! (Or So He Thinks)

Truth be told, I'm currently invested in writing a section with R's cat, so this is oddly perfect timing?? ๐ I'm almost at the end of this section and enjoying it!)

Yes, technically, this is me posting cute cat pictures, but there are some potential teasers and hints to glean from the background about Book Two. The other one is festive for Halloween. ๐๐ผ
My cat, Midnight, will sometimes sit in front of my desktop when not receiving his required amount of attention. After a few pets, he will charitably move to a nearby pillow so I can continue coding. Jokes aside, he does keep me company (and in high spirits) while working on TFS, my muse.

2023-10-30 22:33:39 +0000 UTCYou are correct! ๐๐ฅฐ It's a section that occurs in J's office that can have quite a few different moods depending on how you play it. Oh, we both have black cats; I love it. ๐๐ค Midnight tends to act like a little prince most of the time, but that regal vibe goes hand in hand with how he hops/jumps/gallops (he sounds like a horse down our longer back hallway, not kidding)/ and flits around. All of these movements are paired with sound effects he enjoys making? Like a little grunt or sound of surprise; he will literally choose to jump from a tiny perch to the floor and punctuate it. XD I think black cats have more animated/unique dispositions. He's not as extroverted as how I view most dogs; he'll scuttle and stalk those he doesn't know, but is very loving to his fam. Please give your kitty a gentle pet from me. ๐
