1) A form will go out after the 10th of each month asking for a CHARACTER + REF and a FETISH choice from all $100 Patreons who want to participate, and ask that they fill it out within 24 hours
3) After that, I post a poll to all $50 and $100 Patreons with all qualifying characters shown, and ask them to vote for one character (can not be their own submission)
4) 24 hours after that, the votes are tallied, and the FETISH is chosen via randomizer (so it could be from another $100 Patreon's submission)
5) The resulting CHARACTER + FETISH pair is drawn on the next Scroll!
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
★In the event of a tie, a new poll will be posted with the 2 characters listed, and all $50-$100 Patreons are asked to vote between the two
★Characters submitted for the FREE Scroll sketch are asked to be licensed ones (Your own personal sketch choice can be an OC though!)
