Also gonna try to make a habit of posting some personal thoughts in regards to my characters, art, etc… so in terms of looking for real life inspiration for characters, I believe Paige Spiranac would make a GREAT inspiration for Lone Star. I mean, look at these pics and tell me I’m wrong:

She makes for a very good live reference in terms of character inspiration. Then that got me thinking in terms of other character inspirations from live folks. For Edleyn my friend always insists on Angie Griffin as visual reference. I think Angie looks nice but in terms of visual ref I always leaned more towards Valerie Leon and her look from Blood from the Mummy’s tomb. Observe:

Tho with Edleyn nowadays, I lean more towards this other woman by the name of Dita Von Tesse whom my freind says, in looks and personality wise matches up with Edelyn.:

When it comes to the other characters in my roster I mainly turn towards fiction for visual refs. Like with Star, her inspirations are Annie Mei and Starfire.

For Wendy her refs are Cassandra Cain batgirl and Alita:

For Henley I try finding any character that’s mousy

But I lean towards this character (I probably butcher the name here but) Gambare doukichan in where I have watched the anime and in terms of visuals and personality, THAT is Henley.:

For image it’s a combo of Spider-man and Goku (because of the hair and flying nimbus).

And I’m wondering if I can find any live refs for any of these characters. For Star I’m consider Shinonome Umi based her appearance and attitude seems to be aligned with Starla.
