W.I.P. - Prince Vultan and Dr. Zarkov
Added 2020-12-22 19:09:34 +0000 UTCToday's art is a tribute to a classic of science fiction: Flash Gordon. I decided to make a romantic scene between two characters with high ursine potential, Prince Vultan, leader of the birdmen and the terrestrial scientist Dr. Hans Zarkov.
For Vultan's look I was inspired by the 1980 film, where the character was played by actor Brian Blessed. Zarkov, on the other hand, I did inspired by the actor from the movie version, Chain Topol, but with a look from the 1930 series.

A arte de hoje é uma homenagem a um clássico da ficcção científica: Flash Gordon. Resolvi fazer uma cena romantica entre dois personagens com alto potencial ursino, o príncipe Vultan, líder dos homens pássaros e o cientista terráqueo Dr. Hans Zarkov.
Para o visual de Vultan eu me inspirei no filme de 1980, onde o personagem foi interpretado pelo ator Brian Blessed. Já Zarkov eu fiz inspirado também no ator da versão do filme, Chain Topol, mas com visual da série de 1930.
