My favorite character's hmm, in this order- Julius, Asta, Yami. Julius for being great leader yet a really chill and nice guy. Asta for his honesty, hard work and always putting his friends before himself, Yami is just a fuc*in badass how u can not love that guy xD

As others have said the reason yuno can effect the devil magic is because he condensed the others magic to do so but they Never Once Said Anything About His Sword Just Being A little Sharper or something. Also one of the comments more or less confirmed my theory of what the mark meant and basically i think it was like a seal/spell release. They explicitly stated he didn’t have enough time left to heal so I think he kept a lot of time in the mark to automatically save him from death if couldn’t do it himself and because it was automatic he put extra time than needed just in case so he got turned into a kid

also with vetto we saw how much asta small sword the dweller hurt him so much he was almost losing his mind because anti magic hurts so much, we see it with some other characters as well, so the devil got a full black divider into his chest which is condensed anti magic slicing him, dont worry this story arc is the introduction to the story it was all about building characters giving pepople lots of development all the captains are way stronger then when we started everyone got powerups, theyre setting it up to dark next story arc because Tabata wants it to be shonen berserk he said.

the reason why he destroyed the elves is because he had to create enough despair to licht to create a five leaf grimoire so he can have it.also because the anime stretches out fight scenes, theyre all attacking him faster then he can speak (theyre all FTL+) they said yuno took the dregs of the mana that is tainted from lumiere and licht to utilize their forbidden magic to be able to destroy the worms

The "chief" is more of an interpretation, he clearly calls him "sempai" , as a demeanor since sempai is used to refer to someone older than you(either by age or time working on something), he said it as an insult, like you are older yet you just lost loser.

Yami for sure my top character in black clover he’s such a Kenpachi character lol, an Asta for sure cause his heart an drive an motivation is so dope to me!! An never gives up.....#intro saying Grab Yo Beer, and Yo Chair, Cause we out Here!

If I remember correctly the "wizard king" is a statue that has the life force of the wizard king sealed inside it by secre/neo

With yunos sword they explained that he took leftovers of lichts and. OG wizard kings magic that was still in the air and condense it into his sword. Since those two was able to damage the devil yunos sword was able to deal damage also

Thats true, they do give a good explanation about julius and its a pretty solid one, giving his time abilities and the mark on the forhead

While there's still a small part of me that also wishes Julis stayed dead, they do give you a good explanation to how and why he came back. As far as the devil goes, while his character is still iffy for me as well, I think the whole point of him was to be an unjustifiable pure villain and a mere stepping stone of what's to come. It's really wild to think that the anime is only 30 chapters behind the manga right now. I assume they'll add filler in between to further widen that gap. Looking forward to your reactions of the story going forward!
