If you remember on greed island, one of the criminals with razor could teleport his fist but only within a nen-boosting ring. Leorio is strong enough that he can teleport his punch from anywhere

Unfortunately, Togashi's health started declining and he had to go on another unknown amount of time hiatus. So they ended up just ending the anime. Sucks. I don't think they will be continuing the anime either.
