BONUS! Ms Finch, Complete Stranger, Laramie's Cowboy, Date Selma, Date Patty

Ms Finch is another of Homer's colleagues - we've seen many in this project, speaking and unspeaking, but at least she gets a name! She can be briefly seen again in season 5's "Rosebud", laughing at Homer's antics:
Complete stranger, on the other hand, seems to have no further appearances after this:
The Laramie Cigarettes cowboy is meant to mirror the advertising of Marlboro, who used cowboys a lot in their adverts.
It's not a specific cowboy parody as they appeared to used several variations of this in their campaigns. I feel bad literally having a cigarette advert on here so I'll balance it out with a healthy PSA: don't smoke, kids. Smokers are jokers. And not the Oscar winning Heath Ledger or Joaquin Phoenix kid: the Jared Leto kind.
Selma and Patty get a couple of alternate outfits in this episode, I'm focussing on the more drastic changes.
