It's impossible to determine whether the time-limit rule is real or not from simply looking at death dates, as Kira could've simply killed someone the police aren't aware of. There's no way to tell if their records are complete.

They dont hoard much as stated in the beginning of the show but I wouldnt be surprised if it was 50 to 100 years or something. So she is supposed to die at 21 when the first saves her. Now she lives to 120. Eye deal so she then dies at 71. Does the deal again so she dies at 55 now she has a long life again because Rem sacrifices herself. If 50 instead of 100 its 21-71-55-43 then rem sacrifice it back to 93. She did 2 eye deals and comes out ahead because death gods keep sacrificing themselves for her.
