Kaguya possesses not just byakugan but also Rinne sharingan with tomoe which allows her to absorb all jutsus. Yeah Naruto can fly coz of six paths chakra but its limited...About whose coming for kaguya you gotta watch Boruto just like DBZ (vegeta,nappa) after dragonball...but Boruto anime is slow, manga is lit though...your top 5 favorite character could be in boruto like itachi(he is still my favorite character in all series)...
