Delta Green Skills, Specialties, and Professions—Revised

This treatment of skills, specialties (formerly special training), and professions is a work in progress. Its goal is to add flexibility and utility to Delta Green skills and professions that may currently be too specialized. It does away with “Type” skills altogether, merges some skills, leans more heavily on specialties as a Handler’s tool, and adds the Research skill to allow Agents of different backgrounds to gather information and assist each other.

Experiment with converting characters and use this system in play. Let me know how it goes. And don't panic. We'll do a new edition of DG at some point but it is far away.

Like these a lot (gets rid of a lot of the need to choose between cool/thematic and actually useful characters). Anyone have a character sheet with these skills?

Flipping dice digits has a lower effect at lower skill levels than at middle levels. I want the bonus to be more effective for lower skills.

I have a suggestion for the bonus... instead of +30%, that is a lot. Why not allowing flip flop for specializations? It has diminishing return, so if the skill is high is not as beneficial, and keep all the fumbles in place.
