Unreal Engine 5 Shooter - AI Enemy Vocals (ALS #201)

This is the 201st episode of the unreal engine ALS based shooter series. Here we are going to add AI enemy vocals to the project we have been working on. So, based on the scenario, enemy characters will say different things that depicts there actions and that will give additional feedback to the player.  For example, when they hear a suspicious sound, they will say a suitable vocal that express their curiosity. And when they don't find anything after searching, they will make a sigh, which express their disappointment. When they spot an enemy, they will should enemy spotted or something similar and engage in fight with more suitable vocals.

Yes, I understand. what you can do is keep a variable to hold sound waves instead of directly selecting a sound clip and playing and you can change the sound clips assigned to the variable to have a variation in the voice. I will show that in a future episode

Can you set this function up in a way, so that you can assign different voicetypes for these event-types? so that not every AI use the same voice? for example that a female ai character does not use this male voicelines, or other AI that is meant to be from other countries speak their voice line in their own language instead of this english lines, or old / young voices for old and young characters, just that not every AI sounds the same, hope you get what I mean..
