For Aerith yes (in my case and when done properly). Tifa only as long as Aerith receives the same treatment. But Tifa's content outmatches Aeriths content sadly by around 10:1 (if not way more). Not by votes (as she's also quite popular) but in regards to patreon content-support. And Tifa all too often also gets the better works (qualitywise) - and that's disappointing. :'( That said, 2B, Overwatch, DOA and KDA also get a ton of great content - and that in some cases over a span of several years. So, more Aerith and other less supported characters would be great.
