Affirmations and reassurances that you are not a burden, not a failure, and not selfish. Take care of yourselves out there, it's not a bad thing to take care of your needs first sometimes. Do some self love, some self-affirmations, do some yoga or meditation. Whatever you need to do to feel less overwhelmed. You're worth it.
