Just something random

Had the idea to do a plugin-based localization for awhile and started to mess with it a bit. I'm still messing with it and optimizing it but for the most part it seemed fine and executes a bit faster than the normal internal stuff.

Eventually once all work is done and I finalize things I'll post it for the public but for now I figured I'd throw it up on patreon as I mess around with it in-case anyone wanted a easy way to translate their game instead of going through the normal process which seems like a pain in the ass... and to be my lab rats. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone that uses it and lets me know what type of performance differences they notice (good/bad).

Installing

Install it like a normal plugin, I've included a language_table.xml already which is english, you just place that in Documents\BnS where multitool_qol.xml is.

Translating to what you want..?

There is a a exe called LookupParser.exe, to create a language_table.xml just unpack a local64.dat and use the normal bin unpacker most have been using in translating, drag the lookup_general.txt file generated by the bnsdattol bin unpacker onto the lookupParser.exe and it will generate a xml file.

For NCW if you're lucky and know how you can download older local64.dats of PT/DE/FR and get most of your game in those languages.
