New rules for Consecutive Suggestions

First of all, if you're a new member on Patreon and have no idea what is talking about here, please read here. In the end, there’s a shortened version for those who don’t like reading too much and just want the main points.

Alright everyone, I’ve planned the measures we’ll take to balance the activity of Consecutive Suggestions.

You’ve already seen the quality involved in this activity, and clearly many are starting to be consistent with their suggestions. So naturally, it was something we needed to nerf a bit as the Patreon grows.

Of course, I’m still open to your suggestions if you feel these changes totally ruin the vibe for you. In that case, I’ve made it like a survey to see if there are really people with other ideas in mind.

First major change:

$10 and $15 tiers will go from 3 months of suggestions to 4 months. It may seem small, but that extra month will help ease the list and delay it from filling up so quickly.

Change 2:

Once the waiting list reaches 20-30 guaranteed-drawing characters, the list will be paused until those characters are completed. During the pause, no progress is lost, even if you suggest a different character every month during the pause. Basically, you’re free to suggest! Of course, if you cancel your subscription during the pause, you’ll lose your progress.

Change 3:

Improvement for the Juicy and Spicy tiers ($10 and $15):

During the consecutive suggestion pause, I will add an extra 6-10 characters exclusive to the $10 and $15 tiers. Once these are reached, this list will also be paused until those characters are completed. The order will follow the original 20-30 characters list.

Details to keep in mind:

• If you already have a guaranteed character waiting, you cannot join the exclusive session, since you’re already waiting for your reward.

• The Juicy/Spicy tier counter reset for this extra session so everyone starts with the same number of suggestions and to keep the previous pause intact. (You can suggest the same character again.)

• The exclusive session benefit only applies when the previous list is paused.

Note for the Squishy Booba ($5) tier:

• This extra session of 10 characters does not affect the pause of the 20-30 character list. Once the original list is completed, it will unpause even if the extra 10 aren’t finished.

Short version

• The $10 and $15 tiers now get 4 months of suggestions instead of 3 to lighten the list and delay it from filling up.

• When the waiting list reaches 20-30 guaranteed characters, it will be paused until those drawings are completed. During the pause, you can keep suggesting different characters without losing your spot, but if you cancel your subscription, you lose your progress.

• While the list is paused, the $10 and $15 tiers can suggest an extra 6-10 characters exclusive to them. This extra list will also be paused once filled and will follow the order of the original list.

• If you already have a guaranteed character waiting, you can’t join this extra session.

• The Juicy/Spicy suggestion counter reset for this extra session, and you can suggest the same characters again.

• For the Squishy Booba tier, the extra 10-character session doesn’t affect the pause of the main list. The main list will unpause once completed, even if the extra list isn’t finished.

• The exclusive session benefit only applies when the main list is paused.
