Monet is probably aware of the behind the scenes chat and how that joke originated, because it also wasn’t funny on snatch game, it was only funny to the other queens because they got the joke.

Granted it’s not as entertaining as last season but the humour is going over their heads. It’s a very American perspective especially things like lip syncing which isn’t that common for queens in the UK.

Ella seems to be a talented, successful, well-adjusted, conventionally attractive person and I think that makes her harder to be excited about as a TV character. When contestants have some sort of memorable quality about them, like having a gap tooth, giving great confessionals, having way too much plastic surgery, etc, it shows their humanity and people are more likely to root for them. I think Ella will win and I hope the best for her but to me it's not surprising some people aren't sold. It's a relatability thing.

Also, charity would be amazing on Dragula. I don’t think druk is ready for that aesthetic. We barely see it on the US show. I’m loving that there’s other outlets for certain drag and I just want some of these girls to branch out so they can be their full selves. Drag race isn’t the end all be all. Kizha is a perfect example of that….They are an ICON. Nobody can doubt Charity’s art… it’s just not for drag race, you know. There are so many wild creative drag creatures that don’t fall under any of the mainstream criteria for these competition shows so I just urge y’all to seek out other queens & creatives that aren’t on these shows. This season honestly felt like a parody of a Drag Race season. Everything was a lackluster version of things we've seen before. The judges even lampshade on this and overall, it's just forgettable. I think there are good stuff of course but it's in the same wavelength of how tofu is good. I'm okay with any of them winning really. The true victory is this season ending so we can focus on other things.

You're kind of missing a lot of the nuance in the conversation, but ok... from what I heard it's about how well it transitions into the look and whether or not you can get the same effect with less cumbersome materials especially if worn underneath a garment. Best episode of watchery this season next to the one with Naomi. I love the biting critiques of this oversaturated franchise. I love you'll, but I have to disagree. I though this was one of the better roast on the franchise and I enjoyed the episode. After watching the first episode of Drag Race Italia (which seems like it's going to be all drama), I like the conversations on UK, no matter how cringy they are. I think the reason you'll not feeling Ella, besides the obvious bias towards Kitty, is because you'll are used to Jan, Rose, and other theatre-esque queens. I do like Ella, but I do think she has style issues, but that can be fixed over time. I'm willing to show these queens some grace because they actually are the pandemic queens. Season 2 started before the pandemic so those queens were able to get their stuff before everything locked down, Season 3 queens were not as lucky. I wouldn't mind buying a Dirty Rice tee, but Vanity has to spell it "Dutty."

Thailand season 2 had a live finale and the top 3 designed their own production numbers which in my opinion is better than the tired lip sync battle for the crown with reveals that we're accustomed to.

Love Watchery, but lately the comments seem so negative towards the season and the queens. Yeah everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but it feels unnecessary to remind your audience at every second how much the season sucks, and the queens are not funny enough, or the cast doesn't seem that talented enough, and so on.
