This lady here is called Reze. She works as a waitress in some dinner, where she meets Denji, the protagonist. Won't spoil anything, but shaneningans ensues. Like teaching our boy how to swim.
First tip to a better swimming: Remove clothes before getting in the pool. Cloths will absorb water and weight a lot more, definitely not helping you swim at all.
She's just showing how it's done.
