I tried my best to get the anatomy down without downplaying the movement, don't know if succeded but i tried!
In case you're curious, the punching bag is a reference to an italian brand of boxing related stuff, called "Leone" I think, hence the Pyroar joke, and the pot has flowers representing fighting and purity! How interesting is that?
