For anyone having trouble accessing the October 2023 Dropbox Link
Added 2023-11-10 23:30:39 +0000 UTCTry deleting the "$amp;dl=0" part in the link. Apparently this is the cause of the problem. No clue why, but this has happened to other creators as well.
