Cat-Tastrophe
Added 2021-04-11 23:05:06 +0000 UTCIt's early in the month, so hopefully I can resolve this issue before it becomes a problem, but the situation is this: I just reached for my Wacom stylus to do a bit of drawing, and it wasn't there.
The little plastic holder it sits in is there. The stylus is gone. I can only assume that the cat got up on my desk (as she is wont to do) while I was not in the room, and has made off with it.
She likes to bat things around, which means it could be anywhere in the house now, and under anything. I am going to commence a wide area search to see if I can find it.
If not, I'm going to have to replace it. My Wacom is an older model called a Graphire. They don't sell it anymore. I don't know if a stylus made for a newer model will work with it.
If any of you have knowledge of such things, please let me know. I the meantime, I've got furniture to crawl under.

I can’t say I’ve tried but I have reservations about a newer pen working with a discontinued tablet but I’d wager there’s a few out there on eBay or what have you. Hope you find it.
