What's not really obvious from the pictures is that, since Snowberry is in a position where he would likely end up meeting alien ambassadors, the furniture in his office is all of normal, human size... except for his desk and chair. The chair, while designed to look identical to the two available to guests, is much shorter to accomodate his dminutive Delosian height. It's also about half the distance from front to back.
It, and his desk both sit atop a platform which raises them both back up to equal height to the guest chairs.
