So apparently this is happening.
Added 2018-08-02 12:17:18 +0000 UTCI've getting a lot of messages about payments being declined. I've been trying to figure out what was causing it until someone in a Discord showed this.
If you're having problems with declined pledges, then this might be why.

2018-08-02 21:01:21 +0000 UTCIts not just that, its patreon who have switched from US banks to UK ones. Causing banks to lock people's cards as they detect it as attemptes fraud. Which is why if you see a drop in patrons thats why. There's an entire pinned thread on patreon's and patreon's support accounts up on Twitter.

2018-08-02 13:10:09 +0000 UTCI just had a declined payment for this round of Patreon. I managed to get my bank to accept it for my card then have Patreon try again and it worked.
