Project Files : https://www.patreon.com/posts/54011793 .In this episode of unreal engine third person shooter series, I am going to continue with the RPG or rocket launcher. Here we are going to focus on the reload animation and how the rocket launcher is attached to the back of the character. Generally, the rocket launcher is a bit bigger weapon and when it is attached to the back of the character, it feels too large and blocks the camera view of the player to a certain level. Also, it can overlap with other weapons attached to the back of the character. So, I am going to make it a little smaller and change the local location of the rocket launcher mesh in the blueprint to make it look cleaner when attached to the back of the character. Also, we implemented the rpg grenade or the head of the rocket as a part of weapon mesh to allow attaching and it to the weapon when we do the reload animations. Also, it has to be emitted from the weapon and move to the aiming location as we fire. We are going to look into how to handle these things as well.
