And when you make this effort you even make extra for leftovers. Leftover soup or chili or chowder or stews marinate even more in the juices. You can freeze some. Or eat the next day over freshly cooked noodles or rice. So yummy. My special trick to make it yummier is to add some real butter and some real cream. That's the French way to make it taste even richer and yummiest. People always tell me I make the best soup, etc. And yes, even butter and cream in chili. Just a little bit. Also I add a little cheese and green chiles. I make Cheesy Chile Chili ! Come on over. I'll make some for all the Couch Crew.
