I just now read in the chat that specific question. "Are you going to do the foundation?" I'm typing this before he starts applying the eyeliner. I'm curious. Let's see. He is doing a good job for the first time. But the reason we can't see it as well is again..he doesn't have on the whitish base foundation. That contrast of black on white would have given him the look you all were asking for. The base goes on the eyes too. Then powder. He needed qtips to clean up his mistake. But I will give him props for the first time. Good job Roscoe. He should have watched a YouTube tutorial. Then put on an outfit. Then the Captain's hat for the final touch. But Bravo!
