Hobi sitting middle center was the best decision they could have made, he is such an entertainer and just exudes pure joy. Fantastic time. The dance class I was dying, they had so much fun you can tell. Have you done/thought about doing any of their other little games they do on talk shows? Just for funs-ies? My personal favorites are also James Corden (ironically), both the 'Flinch' game and 'Hide and Seek'; nothing music based it's just a fun time to see everyone's personalities. Spoiler: after watching too many game/talk show clips, Jimmin cheats every chance he can get. Especially on Jimmy Fallon's show. Anyway, this was SO fun, I'm enjoying all your content and reactions. 2022-03-06 03:07:38 +0000 UTCAwesome reaction. I love this clip. The TRUTH about how RM learned English: He did not lie, it is just part of the story. (I love Namjoon by the way, and all 7!) First of all he is very smart, was part of the top 1.3% of the nation in the preparatory university entrance exams for language, math, foreign language and social studies, and has an IQ of 148. He took English in school like most Koreans do. He also took after- school English classes at an academy. There is a YouTube video /interview showing the academy he attended in Ilsan. Almost all attend these for various subjects for hours after the regular school day. And his mom got him the Friends tapes. As he says in this video, he applied himself by watching them several times with Korean, English, and then no subtitles. Also he listened to a lot of western rap & hip hop. Army knows that listening to music you love helps you learn a language. So Friends did help him learn English but he didn’t jut watch it and magically absorb the language. But it makes a good story and helps connect him to Army who are familiar with the show. 💜

The song you were wondering about is Black Swan from the Map of the Soul 7 album that the guys were about to go on a world tour with in March 2020 until the pandemic lockdown hit. The guys were in LA doing promotions for the album and the tour in Jan & Feb 2020. They visited lots of shows and had multiple inteviews when they were there. They also recorded and filmed the ON videos while in the US.

During the Friends conversation you can see them all raising their hands continuously until Jin finally makes a joke out of not being able to understand anything. Just something fun to watch for.

2022-02-26 12:52:52 +0000 UTCJimin had the nickname Mochi since debut days, because his cheeks were like two squishy mochis, especially when he pouts in aegyo (cute facial displays, cute voices--visualize pouting or acting like a toddler.) Jimin has disliked this nickname. He has had body/weight issues, as well as being self-critical. The first year or two after debut he was the member who was suppose to show his abs. He would work out and diet, taking them to the extreme, and it affected his health. Later, when BTS softened their image, Jimin gained his weight back, and anti-s used mochi negatively (fat, pudgy). Jimin was still stuggling with body image and the name reinforced his belief, and he would call himself a pig and fat.

This just reminds me of the post on TikTok where you cackle about having stickers to put on the car windows. This is what I love about BTS. They make you feel like a kid again, and like it's okay to feel that way, which is how it SHOULD be. We shouldn't "grow up". We should be able to get pure joy out of things, our giggling and wiggling doesn't have to be childlike, but instead just an adult being super excited and happy over things that make us feel that way. I absolutely love watching you react to BTS Roscoe. I hope you know that seeing you be so excited and happy is contagious. Please don't burn yourself out, and please continue to have an amazing time with everyone in the couch crew and with BTS. <3
