2021-03-02 21:22:12 +0000 UTCWhen I was there Nov 2019 we went around much of southern Germany and I think the only place we hit anything approaching bad road conditions was on the 7 going to Rothenburg ob der Tauber from the south. Inside of cities was another story entirely, but that was more akin to what most highways are like in the central US.
