This upgraded screwdriver has higher speed and 2 ball bearings on the output shaft in addition to all the existing similarities to cordless drills. Couldn't resist trying to drill with it :\

You could modify your laser cutter to just burn holes for the PCB or replace the laser with this screwdriver/drill and have it drill out the holes automatically.
