Copy time workaround: The trick to simulate "copy time" is to "cut time" and "undo". Then you can just "paste time" wherever you want. You can do only using keyboard shortcuts: CMD+Shift+X, CMD+Z, then CMD+Shift+V Kind of weird that CMD+Shift+C is not used to Copy Time like for Cut and Paste.
