Patreon Sales Tax Information

As many of you may already know, Patreon is going to start charging sales tax in more regions due to new laws being passed there, starting on the 1st of July.
Many of you are already residents in areas where Patreon is charging sales tax (VAT in the EU, for example), but some of you may have a small additional charge in the future due to this.
Many states in the US plus a number of other countries around the world will now require sales tax charges and you can find the full list plus all of Patreon's info about it here:

What counts as taxable goods also differs from state to state in the US, so if you're a US citizen you may still not be affected by this change.
Patreon will most likely send out info to you if you're affected by this, but I thought I'd give you all a heads-up on this just in case.
