Thumbnails I can confirm you aren't crazy! I experiment with changing them from time to time to see how it effects the videos performance. Youtube also lets us run tests so that some people see different thumbnails so you can compare them.

Recently I noticed that certain videos are not the same as when I originally watched them ( The Smurls and the witch farm for example) They are not only longer, but also have extra scenes that weren't in the original videos as well also. Were u upgrading them or something? ,,, please let me know my mind isn't playing tricks on me??
