That is Lucca, not seen since Prologue to Operation: Sleepover! This is the story of Thea's solution, after all. There's no way Lucca would recognize Sara, she was disguised as an old woman when last they met! Yeah, the baby teeth were kind of hard! I finally figured out how to do it!

I kind of see that Thea's solution is upcoming since all the girls are together again and we see Lucca in the picture again and then we cut to Thea right after. Nice touch on giving Sara baby teeth ?
