The Royal Gallows Fantasy (17p)

Neko Princesses Two young neko girls are walking up to the gallows. They haven’t committed a crime, rather willingly choose to be executed. The look at each other and nods as the guards escort them. The will hang one by one. The first one was a blonde short haired neko, she was known as Aurelia. She had a bitter sweet smile as she was prepared for her final dance. The second neko had short brown hair known as Clair. Clair thought back to how they got here and wondered if there was another way. The two neko where abandoned by their families. They struggled to survived in the slums of their kingdom and where almost assure to die in the gutter. But one day, Aurelia discovered famous miragella royal flower gallows that usually used to the royal gallows dance. A ceremony in honor of the late princess where any lady could volunteer to become a dress hanger and for a day and she would be treated as a princess. Both girls realizing this was the only way they could hope to enjoy the life they never had, as well realizing they would be doomed to die anyways. Went to a royal office and asked to be the dress hangers. After they signed their papers they where informed to wait at the officer until guards arrived. They where taken to a mansion and told starting the next day at 6:00. They would be princesses for a day. For a whole day they were allowed to be treated as such. They are expensive food, wore lovely dresses, and got to go to a ball. They didn’t want this to end but they knew the next morning would be the end of this dream of lifestyle. One their day of being a princess was over they where given the option of picking the dress in which they would dance. Aurelia picked out a light and dark blue ballgown. It is a large and poofy dress which has many layers of cloth on the skirt. It has a golden pattern of the kingdom’s crest and an white middle layer unlike the outer blue layers. Her corset was embodied with small gems and was of the same color as the rest of the dress. To complete the dress it had a large white bow on her back, coming from her lower back. It came with a matching pair of elbow gloves and a cute tiara with a blue crystal. Clair picked out a pink and white ballgown. This one is was about as poofy as her friend’s. It has a set of layers with pink top layer and second white layer beneath the pink layer and a final inner layer. It had a series of flowers designed into the dress connected to a series of sashes from her waist to the ends of her top layer. Her corset was also a pink one with a lovely flower and floral design etched into the corset. It came with elbow length pink gloves and a similar cute tiara with a pink crystal. The dress had a nice lovely bow on the corset with a flower embroidered on the upper part of her corset. Aurelia’s POV Aurelia smiled as she was taken to the royal flowers gallows. She would be lying if she didn’t feel saddened by the fact she will soon die but she was happy that she managed to live her dream of being a princess for at least one day. She had been allowed to pick her dress and went with a blue and white ballgown. It truly made her into a stunning princess. She grabbed her dress and lift it up to help her walk up the steps to the gallows. He tail went up as she saw the gallows. Excited to complete her contract. There a hood lady in a white dress helped Aurelia into her spot for the gallows. Aurelia followed her orders and happily stepped in front of the gallows. Smiling as she looked on to the crowd that had come to see her dance. She was asked if she wished to have her hands bound and she said no. She waved one last time to the crowd before the lady in white pushed her off the gallows. As she fell, the rope pulled tight and stopped her from hitting the ground. Keeping her up in the air. The sudden jolt made her react in pain and attempt to grab the rope. But she enjoyed this, she wanted to go out as a princess so rather than reach for her rope she grabbed her dress and attempted to dance. She managed to strike a cute pose as it made the crowd cheer for her as she danced. She managed to keep this up until the pain overwhelmed her and she began to clutch her rope. Kicking hard and elegantly. But she soon began to lose her strength. As she began to feel weaker she stopped kicking and dancing. And simply rest her hand on her chest one last time as she realized she was dying and was simply happy that rather than dying in the gutter as a commoner, she died as a princess on the gallows with the love of the people. Claire’s POV: Claire had arrived with Aurelia to the royal flower gallows. She, much like her friend, was excited but also saddened by what it meant. She was going to hang until death. But to her it was worth it, Aurelia and her where commoners who would never had lived for much longer in the streets. So this was a better fate in her opinion. As she would at least dance as a princess and not as street rat. Both her and Aurelia climbed up the steps to the gallows and she looked at her noose. Aurelia moved further ahead to the second noose and she was the first to dance. Claire cheered her friend on as the executioner lady pushed Aurelia away to dance. Claire was enthralled by Aurelia’s dance cheered her on until Aurelia had finished her dance hanged limply. As Aurelia died Claire’s turn came. She smiled and waved at the people as the executioner tied the noose around her neck. Once tied up she gave her last words and smiled as she was pushed off the platform. As she felt the noose stop her fall and catch her by surprise. She swings for a moment with a shocked expression. As her initial shock slowly left and the pain began to set in. She started to dance, she reached out and grabbed her dress and tried to dance in the air. She managed to kick and swing her dress in an elegant form that made it seem as if she was truly dancing. The people cheered her much like they cheered Aurelia as she danced in the air. She began to feel the pain set in more and more and began to struggle against her noose. Reaching for her neck and the rope and trying to, in a final desperate attempt to free herself. She kept kicking and dancing. Giving the crowd a lovely dance as she desperately tried to free herself. Soon she began to slow down her dance, the pain had become too much and she could not dance anymore, she rested her hand on last time on her chest as she soon lost the fight against the rope. She died happy that now she would be with Aurelia and that they died as princesses. The people where in loved with her dance and mourned both of their deaths. Considering them princesses until the end.
