After getting destroyed and losing his world champion title, Jake asked for a rematch. And when he lost that one he asked for another, and another. Miko accepted everytime, Jake was much weaker than her, but he was the strongest man available, and beating him in more humiliating and sexual ways everytime showed how much stronger than any male fighter she was.
Match after match they enjoyed each other's company a bit more. She liked his persistence, and although she made fun of him in front of the world for his masochism, punishing the ex strongest man in the world in front of the entire planet and making him her toy with little effort was a delightful experience everytime. Additionaly, she knew he liked being treated like that so she played with him a lot as she demolished him. She also loved that he came back stronger everytime, despite his kink for losing, he did his best, came back buffer and better everytime. Which she respected and forced her to deploy a bit more of her strength everytime. After every defeat she added new conditions for the rematch to happen, which he accepted everytime with no hesitation.
