Had a solid gym sesh today! Steadily leaning up again! I have some gym goals I’ll be sharing soon and how I’m working on hitting them💪
- Hack Squat machine 4x10
- Calf raises 4x12-15
- Leg press 4x10
- Hip Thrusts 4x10
- Glute kickbacks 3x12
- 30 min of incline walk on tread🏃♀️
