Image RGB data to MIDI (1.1) - TouchDesigner + Ableton Live [Project files + Ableton session]
Added 2021-11-12 17:30:28 +0000 UTCPlaying around (as always), but now with the possibility of transforming RGB data of images into MIDI, and feeding it all to Ableton Live, producing some surprising chord progressions.
Plus, I’m also capturing my cellphone’s camera RGB data and using it to control the frequency of an oscillator inside TouchDesigner (I'm using Droidcam btw)

Note: If you're using Ableton Live 11.1, you'll need to download the latest experimental version of TouchDesigner and use the corresponding project file.

2022-04-16 09:29:11 +0000 UTCYes, it should work in all TD releases! I just tried it and it worked perfectly. Could you please try again? Maybe there's some process in your computer interfering with TD opening properly.
