New project reveal!

We've been busy working on stuff the last couple months.
Deathblight RPG of course which had it's Ferania job update a while ago, as well as our new game Deathblight Guilty Raid.
So we're confident in announcing that one now!
Deathblight Guilty Raid is basically a remake of our old game "Last Demon Hunter" which you can download on this blog for free.
However, this game is not a simple remake.
It's a complete overhaul of the previous game.
Vast increase in content:
New enemies, new skills, multiple playable characters and much more.
It's still a topdown shooter with rogue-lite elements though, but other than that it's pretty much it's own game.
Because of this we decided to name the project something else.
It's based on old LDH, but it's technically a new game.
It also features a new heroine, Safiya!
(Ferania is not planned to be in this game as of now)
And of course, since this is a proper game, the graphics are all fully fleshed out.

Please note that this is a WIP (work in progress) and some graphics will be enhanced or replaced for the final version.
Other playable characters planned for this project are Esmoda and Faye from Deathblight.
(you may know them from the webcomic)
So you can look forward to those two as well!
The entire project is self funded, but we plan to hand it out to Patrons of 10$ tier upwards as loyality bonus.
(only to people who are subscribed at the date of release)
We also plan to sell it on multiple platforms including Steam.
So you can grab the game on the platform of your choice once it's released.

When you put it like that, I suppose it does come down to numbers. You are spending money to make a product...and not getting your return on that investment does seem rather unfair to you. I'm just trying to show concern in the fact that the Steam ratings board can be very...broken...at times. Not saying that you absolutely SHOULDN'T do this, but I understand the need for publicity and revenue, and I am behind any decision you guys make. Just putting my two sense and what I've experienced being part of the Steam Community for over 4 years. Just take what I say with a grain of salt. I'm glad to be a patron of you guys, and I really enjoy your work. Whatever you guys think needs to be done, then go for it. All we can do after it hits Steam is sit back and hope for the best.

2019-01-07 03:04:32 +0000 UTCyet still we have to go and try steam. they allow hentai games now after all (they only ban loli/ loli looking stuff), so it would be unwise to let this chance for more publicity go away. Every sale that we make counts, since shops like DLSite aren't enough. Let's take Dark Alley Elf as example. On DLSite we made roughly 1300$ (last time I checked) but the game development of it did cost about 13 000$. I don't have numbers of the other shops yet, but as you can see we do need every sale we can get to even get the funds back in that we spend creating a game.

2019-01-02 11:01:19 +0000 UTCCres, I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but Steam may not be the best place for this...the community has devolved into a mass of hypocritic jerks that only really care to report something for inappropriate content if it means helping them/them getting something out of it.

2019-01-01 18:52:59 +0000 UTCThe steam version should be uncensored too since steam allows NSFW content nowadays^^ The chilled supporters already get Deathblight RPG, while the 10$ tier get's free copies of side projects. (It's the first point in the 10$ reward list and we don't want to take this away for the 10$ tier, otherwise it would be pretty much the 5$ tier, just more expensive). Also this side project is completely self funded, no Patreon funds used. Wolf plans to invest at least 25.000$ of our own savings (private money) into this game, so it's really just meant as a loyality bonus for the higher tiers. As for the demo version, this will still take a while as we've just started developing that game^^ Expect at least 1-2 months until a demo version is available.

Actually, maybe you do because I've sent an email about this specific mini-game a long time ago. If you release it on multiple platforms (Steam included) will you provide an uncensored version of the game immediately, or will it come in the form of a "community patch" downloadable somewhere else? Regarding the Tier required to obtain a free copy of the game (Decision Maker and higher), could you consider including the Chilled Supporters too, as long as they can justify of at least 10€ (or $10) worth of contribution? I mean... I've been present pretty much since the beginning of this Patreon page. I wouldn't mind upgrading to the Decision Maker tier, but I've no use of its rewards therefore that would be wasted money on my behalf. And I'm almost certain that some of your supporters will be in the same situation than me. Post Scriptum: You've shared two screenshots. Does it mean there will be a demo released (very) soon?
