Prop maps prices!

That said I want to extend my eternal gratitude for all those amazing patrons in the Explorer & up levels whose massive support makes it possible for me to afford the equipment projects like these require. Now... on to the poll!
I'm looking to keep these maps affordable while being able to pull a profit for my business. Each map is printed a minimum of 34 inches (which means that's the SMALLEST they come in) in archival ink (for longevity of the art) on custom made super thick paper (akin to 140 lb watercolor paper), "aged" by hand, embossed with my official seal, and then coated with paper sealant to not only preserve the art but to give it a "parchment-like" feel.
So, knowing all this and understanding the sheer size of a map you would be getting (roughly no smaller than 3 feet!) how much would you honestly be willing to pay?
PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR ANSWER BASED ON WHAT YOU THINK WOULD BE A FAIR PRICE REGARDLESS OF IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY TO AFFORD IT RIGHT NOW.
Please don't comment with "charge what you think it's worth" or "charge X per hour" or other similar things. I already know what I need to minimally charge to make this project worth it for me, what I'm looking for is whether that aligns with everyone else's ideas of what they think something like this is worth. So again, please answer honestly what you feel would be a fair price you would be willing to pay if you were looking for a prop map for yourself (whether for a campaign or just the coolness of having a map like it or for decorating your home).
